@mrlurvy@BashirAhmaad Someone that said removing fuel subsidy does not affect the poor in the villages because they donβt drive cars and you said he understood micro economics? Nawa o . Well all the praises I saw in the comment section are coming from a particular region . Iβm not surprised π
βWhen you say people are getting poorer, you also have to look at what is happening in the capital market. Market capitalisation has grown from about N30trn to N150trn today. This means that ordinary shareholders and investors in companies listed on the stock exchange are becoming wealthier. We have created more millionaires.β β Dr. Zacch Adedeji, EC NRS @NigeriaRevenue
President Bola Tinubu has called on religious and spiritual leaders across Africa and beyond to consistently raise their voices against terrorism, kidnapping, banditry and the misuse of religion to justify violence and cruelty, stressing that no genuine service to God can be advanced through the destruction of innocent human life.
The President also urged religious institutions and networks to strengthen their advocacy for peace education, religious literacy, scholarship and the moral formation of young people, while using their influence to promote justice, responsibility, compassion, and the peaceful resolution of grievances.
President Tinubu made the call on Sunday in Kano in a goodwill message delivered on his behalf by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, at the Grand Maulud of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Tijani, RTA.
Yahaya Jingir knows what he is doing , his intention is to provoke the Christians of Nigeria so that they will start talking against Muslim which will inturn make Muslims be for their Muslim Muslim ticket.
The best is to ignore him and not even give him any media prominence.
Seun Okinbaloye: Are you not bothered that there is a feeling that people in government live large and in luxury, and there is a lot of poverty?
NRS Chairman Zacch Adedeji: Mr President goes from home to office on foot, not even driving except when he is going to the airport. I don't know where you see the convoy.

No father can have a son like Seyi Tinubu and not be deeply thankful to Almighty God.
Asiwaju @officialABAT, I am genuinely happy for you. There are many achievements a man may record in public life, but among the greatest blessings bestowed upon any father is to see his values reflected in his children. In Seyi, I see a young man who is working hard to justify the confidence reposed in him and to earn his place through effort and commitment.
I recently visited the City Boy Movement office, and Seyi personally took me through the facility. What I encountered was impressive, not because of the building itself, but because of the thinking behind it.
It was a truly pan-Nigerian operation. Young Nigerians from different regions, backgrounds, and faiths were working together toward a common objective. The team was gender-balanced. Diversity and inclusivity were not slogans on a wall; they were visible in practice. Persons living with disabilities had their own space and representation. Every detail suggested careful planning and deliberate leadership.
What struck me most, however, was not the structure but the culture. I watched Seyi interact with his team. I saw him share snacks with members of his back-end staff. There was no air of superiority, no unnecessary distance. Respect flowed naturally. The people around him appeared motivated not merely because they worked with him, but because they felt valued by him.
Leadership is often revealed in moments when cameras are absent and speeches are not being made. Character is found in the little things.
Mr. President, I do not know what special favour from God has produced such a blessing, but I can say without reservation that you have a son worthy of admiration. As for me, I see in Seyi a younger brother whose dedication, energy, and commitment to service make me proud.
ST, keep going. The seeds you are planting today will bear fruit tomorrow. The hours you spend, the sacrifices you make, and the bridges you are building across our national divides will not go unnoticed.
When the votes are counted and the election season has passed, I have little doubt that your efforts would have added significantly to the cause you believe in. More importantly, you would have demonstrated that political engagement can be organised, inclusive, respectful, and purposeful.
May the Almighty reward your labour, strengthen your resolve, and continue to guide your steps.
Every father desires a son who will add value to his legacy. Every nation needs young men and women prepared to work, unite people, and serve with humility. From what I have seen, Seyi Tinubu is striving to be such a man.
Character is what you do when no one is watching. Keep building, ST.
May God bless you. May God bless your family. And may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Alternative.
Iran's Powerful Armed Forces have shown their readiness, capability, and might in face of the world's most expensive military.
When Muslims stand together, we can face every challenge by malicious outsiders head-on.
Time to rely only on ourselves and embrace true brotherhood.
We have talked enough about the number of votes I got in my primaries. Can we now talk about the number of Grammy Awards you have won from your five nominations, David?
Fair is fair.
They are lying to you, they are working for their pocket. The hunger in Nigeria is unbearable. Stop listening to them go out and see for yourself. People are dying
The presentation I received from the NGX today, confirmed that our reforms are restoring that confidence.
The market capitalisation of companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange has grown beyond β¦158 trillion since our administration began, while foreign portfolio investment has increased almost sevenfold to β¦1.28 trillion.
These are signs that confidence in Nigeria is returning because our economy is becoming stronger, more stable and more competitive.
This president @officialABAT lives in his alternative world. With the suffering in the land and terrible hardship seen or is he not in his right frame of mind or he is just a very wicked man
βLetβs go to the ballot. If I am defeated I will go home. But with the work I have already done, be confident. I will win.β - President Bola Tinubu.

Which workers are you talking about? Welfare of your family who are in government pay roll receiving 100s of alert monthly. With all your family money you are still stealing public funds. Shameless clown
AUGUST 15 ELECTION IS NOT JUST ABOUT WINNING, IT IS TO SEND A STRONG MESSAGE TO APC ON THE IMPORTANCE OF RESPECTING THE PEOPLE.
On numerous occasions, Oyetola and Oyebamiji have used their influence within the ruling party at the federal level to punish the people of Osun State simply because they chose to vote for us in 2022.
Their actions have targeted the welfare of our workers and threatened the livelihoods of our civil servants, traders, artisans, and ordinary citizens.
That is why the August 15 election is more than just winning. It is about securing a decisive victory that sends a clear and unmistakable message to the APC: the people of Osun State must always be respected, their democratic choice must be honoured, and no one should ever seek to punish them for exercising their constitutional right to vote.
Na President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR @officialABAT John Cardinal Onaiyekan @CardOnaiyekan wants to joke with....

I love Michigan and am so proud to have put up my hand to serve. I spoke with Abdul a few moments ago to offer him my full support as we work to defeat Mike Rogers this November.
Thank you, Michigan. https://t.co/xVnIAFBqLl
BREAKING: @POTUS says the U.S. had an attack on Iran planned that would've been the biggest "since World War II" before Iran reached out seeking a deal.
The president told reporters on Air Force One that negotiations are set for Monday afternoon and that a peace deal would "save a lot of lives.
Cardinal Onaiyekan went to the President with other bishops to accuse him of interference with INEC and to tell him to admit that his economic policies are not working.
The President refuted both claims, albeit with strong words, that INEC has no bias so far and that he will not lay a red carpet for his opponents to beat him easily while citing the results of his economic reforms.
How the Cardinal has translated that to mean that the President is hell bent on winning needs to be studied.
Do they really think the President was going to tell them he will sleep off and hand over power to the opposition on a platter simply because they have their own preferences?
BREAKING: For the first time since the start of the war, Iranβs IRGC announces the complete destruction of 3 F-35 fighter jets and significant damage to 3 others at the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, through multiple ballistic missiles targeting the deployment ramp and maintenance hangar this morning, per Tasnim. Iran had not previously announced the destruction of an F-35.
The IRGC adds several US officers and maintenance personnel were also killed at the base.
The strike comes in response to a US strike on 2 residential homes on Qeshm Island earlier this morning, killing a father, mother, and their 2-year-old child, and injuring 2 other children.
BREAKING: A source close to Iran's Ghalibaf says Iran's ballistic missile wave and direct hit on the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan tonight was a preemptive strike to neutralize the joint Trump-Netanyahu war plan being discussed at the White House today.
The source adds Iran deceived the US using the ongoing Iran-Oman talks, with the US having thought Oman mediation had reduced Iranian threat and not anticipating this attack.
Our defense doctrine is clear: eye for an eye.
Any aggression against Iran, including our infrastructure, will compel a powerful and decisive response.
Those who contribute to such aggression, whatever the kind of support, will also be considered as legitimate targets.
