@Ocado. Dear Ocado, what is the point of the new info re delivery time. In the space of 5 minutes my ETA has gone from 11.39 to 10.57 and now 11.23. I don’t mind what time they turn up within the hour slot,but constant changes is frustrating.

@ocado no details re name of driver or van. Order list is alpha by brand name not product, I am referred to by an initial now rarher than name. In what way is this progress Ocado ?

@Ocado I have shopped with Ocado since day one, literally. This new upgrade ! is so disappointing - feels like several steps backward. Ocado are known for their super tech, why are they now using layouts and systems which make them look inferior in terms of style and service

@Ocado the whole layout looks like something the work experience person might be given as a starter project. It also now looks rather like other supermarket set ups, which are hugely inferior to Ocado in terms of technology and systems

@Ocado Awful App. Today's email header says upcoming Ocado order - which could mean any time in next few days, rather than today's order ! No longer gives any info re driver and van which was always very useful.

@Ocado. the new app and new layout of orders is dreadful. Email confirmation now shows items in alpha rather than cupboard, fridge etc. Which might be good except it doesnt show the item under B for butter but rather K for kerrygold, or A for anchor.
