@HMRCcustomers My wife paid into one of our children's tax free childcare accounts on Sunday which has cleared with the bank but the payment is not showing in the account.
@tfwrail could you update us on whether tap as you go payments will be accepted on @GWRHelp services soon. Due to change of circumstance, it's cheaper to get a season ticket (NWP-CDF) to get to work.
@tfwrail have you guys kissed and made a pact with @GWRHelp so Tap as you Go can be used. Due to personal circumstances, it's cheaper for me to get an annual ticket from Newport to Cardiff than flipflopping between your services.
@rosswclarke@tfwrail@transport_wales The fact that Multiflex has been removed from journeys from Newport is unfair. You stated that it was being removed from stations within the Metro area, but Newport is outside it. It now costs me double to get into work as TFW trains do not run frequently enough at times needed.
@rosswclarke@tfwrail@GWRHelp Totally agree. I have found myself in this situation this morning. I assumed multiflex would be valid as Newport is outside of the Metro area. Seems bonkers. I just wish @GWRHelp and @tfwrail would get their act together and work it out.
Can't work out why @tfwrail is removing multiflex tickets between Newport and Cardiff. PAYG cannot be used on @GWRHelp services, so you could be waiting 45min+ for a train. Not more convenient. If you want to catch any train you'll have to buy a full-price ticket. Not cheaper.
Can anyone with a @NOW Entertainment pass do me a favour, can you see if you can get season 1, episode 7 of From to load?
Everything works bar that episode. #nowtv#from@from@SkyHelpTeam
Any @audi A3 owners had noises coming from underneath their car like attached? Want to know if it's a common thing to fix before going to a dealership. #audiA3@audi
@GWRHelp@tfwrail Any update on this, please? Seems a bit ridiculous that a simple question cannot be answered.
Considering GWR run trains through Wales, you'd think it would be a valid form of transport.
@GWRHelp Have been using Tap as you Go that @tfwrail have introduced for a while. Due to change of shift patterns, I now start going on GWR trains. When will you start accepting this as a mode of payment like @CrossCountryUK do?
@GWRHelp why do you not accept the @tfwrail PAYG tickets when you run trains through Wales?
Odd considering @CrossCountryUK do. They have their head screwed on!
