@Parcel2Go how can you deliver a package to me when no one is in? No info on delivery sheet. Very concerned. Not very good service, especially as it was SPECIFICALLY booked for delivery tomorrow!
@RoyalMail why bother to ask for alternative places to deliver, say you’ve got it then not bother to deliver it there? Now I don’t get my parcel until I can collect it next week.
@CrownePlaza@LivingSocialUK after 2yrs of not being able to celebrate my birthday, my friend booked a voucher for a spa treatment - which the hotel says isn’t valid, they don’t take discounts & staff were rude! Not happy!
@bt_uk another fail. Not only could you not connect internet to my house for nearly 2 months, your hubs r so faulty they barely pick up signal & crash regularly. From 2 places in the U.K. Ryan in Belfast from ur CS team is the only good thing you have #badcustomerservice#badbt
@craftginclub My mum and dad love their monthly gins, but dad only likes them with the tonic. However, this month he FINALLY made the cocktail (with a little post it note hint from my mum!) AND he quite likes it!
@bt_uk - yet again massive #customerservicefail by not just missing a complaints call back but by offering insulting compensation for your #badcustomerservice. Shocking. For the SECOND TIME THIS YEAR!
Another massive fail by @bt_uk - cancelling accounts and cutting me off. Luckily the people dealing with it are friendly but I’ve been cut off twice now. And you can’t reverse the cancellation you made for no reason! #badcustomerservice
@YourSSE I call you and tell you it’s not my account, my supplier tells me they’ve not transferred me to you or given you my data YET you send me a bill for £80! Rude customer service reps and data breech. Can someone contact me re formal complaint? #awfulsse
