We had applied for a Tatkal passport for my help for travel as I have 2 kids under the age of two. The passport application was granted on pre verification basis which is rare for Tatkal. Now here comes the interesting part. A link regarding required documents.

Now not only did we pay extra for Tatkal then add on verification bribe they apparently take in villages the passport has still not been verified.
We have to book tickets and hotel reservations. It’s been 10 days. I don’t see why I paid Tatkal if this is the state of affairs.

I have gotten 2 feedback calls regarding service which I never got. And the issue was apparently escalated but it a new year and I don’t see a resolution

I had ordered a security camera eve pro. The mic has never worked. After a month of trying to contact customer service a technician was assigned, after home visit he said the camera has to be replaced. This was 1st of December.

He said it may take up to 10days for the company to send a new device. At 20 days I requested again, but same technician was assigned and he didn’t respond. All my requests are being closed with addressing issue

@AppleSupport- My case Id is 101623775865. My wifi and bluetooth hasn't been working since 4th feb. Since then I have visited the service provider, called and chatted with apple directly. Today i get back my phone and the problem still persists.

This has been one hell of a week, and clear more of these to come. The centre didn't want to talk to the apple rep and vice versa. What is a customer supposed to do?

The repair clearly wasnt a repair and it maybe a hardware issue (estimated cost is 1/2 the cost of my phone). If your phones are guaranteed to fail after 1 year atleast make your repairs more affordable. Also kindly improve your services.
