I would like to emphasize that 16.5 years when interest rates were at historic lows was tough. But in an era of expensive capital, no one can afford a project that takes that long. Canada’s timelines are killing investment.

This surprised me also during my @McMasterGHO studies. Very few other Canadian students were looking at inequities here… of which there are MANY. But, GH was also for most, a fun “stepping stone” to medical school 🤷🏽♀️
