@greateranglia hi, are the first trains out of chelmsford Friday morning to Liverpool Street unaffected by Thursdays strike? (06.29/06.42). Usually trains start later the day after a strike?

@greateranglia yet again the 06.29 CHM to LST not enough coaches. Still sending 5 coaches with one out of use today. If you are really monitoring passenger levels of this service I wouldn’t have to tell you every week that it needs to be extended

@greateranglia But they clearly aren’t monitoring how often this service is cancelled on top of it being busy. And if they monitor passenger numbers why are there empty 12 coach trains going to Norwich on the other side of the track at the same time.

@greateranglia I know why it was cancelled, it’s the same story every week. It’s already not long enough for the number of people getting on at chelmsford for you to cancel it every week and then to send another 5 carriage train after it is a joke.

You are still running 12 empty carriages into Norwich on the other side of the track whilst sending two 5 carriage services into London in a row one of which you cancel multiple times a week… how does this make any sense?!
