My secret recipe to heal a scald:
1. Remove your arm from the steam
2. Apply some ice for 15 min
3. Apply a thick layer of diaper rash cream 👶🏻
4. Put a dressing
5. Listen to @scottmatthewsuk until it’s cicatrised
