At the (almost) end of a call or meeting with a client, I typically do a recap of the notes I've taken regarding the client's project.
I do this to ensure a clear understanding of the assignment, as it aids me in clarifying the project's needs and expectations
"Talk in terms of the other person's interests" is a quote that stuck with me when I read the renowned book How to Win Friends and Influence People.
I've noticed that things always go more smoothly with clients when I apply this principle!
One of my favorite tool is.... a basic Muji Planner. I like to be able to see my complete week in a glimpse.

As a side project, I do some ceramics. To relax and enjoy the moment. And then, I link everything to 3D modeling, sculpting and material... the IRL version.
My "Real Pencil" Blender addon will soon be up on Blender Market and Gumroad.
