Safaricom shouldn't entertain the old Ethnic Economic Monopoly in Ethiopia and should have given Equal Employment opportunities for all.

Calling back those previously expelled rejected CVs will not answer for your unfair, discriminatory procedures of the employment process.

64 Oromo Civic, Professional, Advocacy, Human Rights, & Community organizations worldwide have issued an Oromo consensus statement calling for an all-inclusive national dialogue in Ethiopia. https://t.co/0iV4vR0QV4 @AsstSecStateAF #NoPeaceNoDialogue

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

A national dialogue process built on flawed foundations cannot earn the public's trust and public buy-in is crucial to ensure progress and deliver a positive outcome. Set up a genuinely independent body to facilitate the dialogue. @HouseForeign #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

We reiterate our call for broader and proactive consultation with all national dialogue stakeholders on the venue, timetable, convener, pace, conduct, coverage and implementation of agreements reached among parties to the deliberations. #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

The gov’t has to open up the political space in Oromia and beyond in order to accommodate free media, grassroots discussions and full citizen engagement in order to build confidence and create a conducive environment for a genuine process. #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

60+ worldwide Oromo civic orgs urge the gov't & all stakeholders, as well as the Intl. Cmty. UN, US, UAE, China & Iran to play a role in the cessation of hostilities & a ceasefire before the commencement of an all-inclusive national dialogue. #NoPeaceNoDialogue…

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

The PM initiated the National Dialogue process with the aim of amending the constitution & reconstituting the federal arrangement in a manner that serves his personal political vision to appease the IC. @JosepBorrellF @AsstSecStateAF #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

For a meaningful national dialogue to take place, Eritrean troops and Amhara militias must leave Oromia and stop all hostilities. @SecBlinken @antonioguterres @EUAmbUS @UNAmbUS @USUN @JosepBorrellF @UNGeneva @NATO #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

Any attempt by the Ethiopian gov't to control the national dialogue process & its outcomes will take the country on a path to further violence & destruction. @JosepBorrellF @HouseForeign @ChrisCoons @AsstSecStateAF #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

A national dialogue that excludes independent Oromo political parties -the OLF, the OFC and the OLA is not a genuine dialogue, and the Oromo people reject it. @SecBlinken @antonioguterres @EUAmbUS @UNAmbUS @JosepBorrellF @UNGeneva @NATO #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

A precursor to a meaningful national dialogue is releasing all Oromo political prisoners. There is no National Dialogue while tens of thousands of Oromos and their political leaders are in jail. @antonioguterres @EUAmbUS @UNAmbUS @USUN @UNGeneva @NATO #NoPeaceNoDialogue…

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

Waging drone attacks and massacring civilians is not conducive to a national dialogue. Stop drone attacks, remove Eritrean troops and Amhara militias from Oromia, & release all Oromo political prisoners. @SecBlinken @antonioguterres #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

The gov’t first proposed the national dialogue commission to be accountable to the PM. The NDC later became accountable to parliament, but Eth. legislature is dominated (96.3) by the ruling PP. The NDC can't be trusted as neutral. @AsstSecStateAF #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

We request the setting up of an independent and impartial body to facilitate a credible and all-inclusive national dialogue and the International community to extend its support to such a nonpartisan body. @SecBlinken @JosepBorrellF @AsstSecStateAF #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice

[Tadele Amente @amente_tadele]

Millions are affected by conflict and drought-induced starvation in Oromia, Tigray, Benishangul Gumuz, Afar, Amhara and Somali regional states must first receive lifesaving humanitarian aid and medicine before the national dialogue. @JosepBorrellF #NoPeaceNoDialogue #OromoVoice
