Today we’re open sourcing, Slackwoot. A small project we created to further the capabilities between @chatwootapp and Slack. Chatwoot is a great open source platform for running support! We needed to take the slack integration a step further to separate inboxes to different slack channels.

Any other orgs running Chatwoot might find this useful if they’re also using Slack in some capacity.
