I'm moving. I want to transfer my @RogersHelps services. So much grief. After 9 days I've spoken to 10+ agents and spent 20+ hours on the phone. Still no resolution. Tonight it was another 5 hours before I hung up. This is how you reward loyalty? Shame on you, Rogers.
@RogersHelps I'm stuck with Rogers because the building I'm moving into has an exclusive Rogers contract. Which you'd think would make switching easy & painless. Yet here we are; so many wasted hours on the phone with your reps and still not fully resolved. Please make this right and help me.
@gm_x_mg@ReturnSnyder@MTBlack2567 We emply the "Too bad" rule. If player 1's turn ends and player 2's turn has started, P1 can't say they now want to use a bonus action or move somewhere else. Too bad. Your turn's over, we've moved on. Players catch on quickly. Applied uniformly to PCs and monsters.
