@UK_CAA Hi, I spoke to somebody on Tuesday they said I should of been refunded as my sisters both were they said they would escalate and put forward reference number etc is their a time scale on this I’ve been very patient so far slowly loosing it though?! Also sent DMs had nothing back?

@UK_CAA I’ve just spoke to the helpline and she has esculated my claim as I revived an email, seemed helpful and said I should of received mine so someone will of been in touch whithin the week 🤞🏼

@Stace20x @UK_CAA @Stace20x what did yours say? I’ve just had one saying unfortunately they can’t refund mine just yet could be for a few reasons amendments only amendment I made was changing the pay date a few days after we booked which my sister also did and she has had hers..

@UK_CAA So if the bank cancelled the DD when rung up after it collapsed we don’t need to make a claim or we do I keep reading different things?!
