@gregisenberg I’d be careful about #3 (medical). If PHI data leaves their infra you’ll need BAA at min. Most likely, you’ll need hipaa infra like AWS bedrock + BAA. Voice agent calling patients and disclosing only a first name is enough to trigger hipaa compliance.
