Persistent SIMILAR issue.
technician couldn't resolve issue 1st & changed wrong part.

However nothing is happening in real groundwork to solve the issue.
One after another customers are getting stereotype recorded replies with no help.

Alas I've moved to another bill pay site with joy as I get the biller deletion option.
