When we cancel ride because of some reason u charge penalty. Then if rider cancels ride we should also get amount as penalty for causing inconvenience.

If i have booked home cleaning service for 48 hrs later and cancelled how ur policy of 96 hrs can apply. Cancellation charges of 1499 is unfair. U dont declared also how much charges will be applicable. This is pure cheating. Not expected from u.
