@SpiritedSparr0w it was intense and a lot of hard work, you could also describe it as painful. so I think we agree. I just wouldn't use the word traumatic. since I see that as a different category

@SpiritedSparr0w I think when people talk about birth trauma they are talking about things going wrong or things being done to them during labor that left them with trauma they have to work through. Ive two natural births, but I wouldn't describe it as traumatic. I was in control and all was well
