@FlixBus My companion and I were stranded in France after our bus broke down. We were told by 3 separate customer service agents that our alternate transportation would be compensated. However when we submitted receipts they claimed we can only have the price of our tickets paid

@sarahhollowell My dogs are experts at this. My dog bruised her hip by trying to lay next to my chair and my roommate at I paid 65 dollars to get her hip shaved for a bruise. Then another time we thought our Frenchie had an eye infection turned our he just gave himself a black eye. <3
