Final notice has been sent. If this isn't resolved in full by tomorrow evening, my banks are initiating formal Section 75 legal disputes to claw it back.
Fix your mistake.

I’ve tried to resolve this privately. @bookingcom just confirmed they are officially refusing to cover the actual costs of my family being left stranded, sticking to their insulting £250.01 offer despite my £1,607.58 loss.
They don't care about their customers.
@bookingcom claim in my DMs that £250.01 is their "carefully calculated internal valuation" for the circumstances.
Leaving a party of 6 completely stranded on the street during the hottest June day on record is apparently worth £250.01 to them.
Here is the reality of trying to find last-minute emergency accommodation for 6 adults in Keswick on @bookingcom's own app.
The closest options on their platform were £1,144 and £1,599. My emergency stay cost £1,107.58,
24 hours have passed since my last post, and @bookingcom has provided zero resolution.
By forcing their insulting "gesture" into a Travel Wallet instead of cash, they've left me in credit card debt, accruing interest on a crisis they caused.
My bank is now taking over.
Is this how @bookingcom treats its most loyal customers?
As a Genius Level 3 member, my party of 6 was left stranded in a 30°C heatwave after a 5hr drive because the host of "Charming 3-Bedroom House in Central Keswick" breached contract. Zero emergency help from support.
Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers.
This hatred gradually developed from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence.
It took time. #GenocidePreventionDay
