Ran a video of my acting through a custom SHARP workflow to test video-to-3DGS
Setup was a fight, but the consistency is unmatched. Imported the .ply sequence into Blender via modified SoerenSc nodes with real-time relighting

Just breaking things to see what happens. Messing with Wan ATI trajectory control. It’s incredibly finicky and definitely doesn’t work on everything, but it yields some beautiful, funky visual chaos on the right source images.

Turned some of my photos into 3D splats and rigged an audio trigger to bring them to life. Even on a beefy PC, Blender absolutely choked on the performance. It’s definitely time to move this workflow to TouchDesigner/Houdini for true artistic freedom #blender3d #gaussiansplatting

Ran videos through the Splatline workflow to generate a splat sequence, then dropped it into a UGRS 4D demo in Blender. Playback's smooth, but Splatline's temporal consistency is rough - lots of jitter. Anyone know a more stable video2splat model?
