Spent RM2.5K for a defect item and super bad customer service... from 2 Jan until 6 Jan and still ding dong wants to come and check.. how many leave I have to apply and get it burned just for you guys to check and repair it at my home??

Today, ur LG service centre WhatsApp me and with his langsi words, doesn't even care to say sorry.. just ignore my msg when I ask when he wants to come.. and there It goes again where I have to go to dobi to do my laundry despite buying LG stuff for the price almost RM2.5K!!
