We have lost thousands of our beloved ones and billions of dollars in property. We are not looking for a sack of rice or tablet of pills. We need financial compensation from the international community. Humanity is watching you 🙏
The Himalayas support water systems relied on by nearly 2 billion people. If glaciers keep melting, the damage will not stop in Nepal,it will affect rivers, agriculture, food security, biodiversity and entire ecosystems across Asia.
This is the butterfly effect of climate change.
Nepal needs climate justice before the next disaster happens.
Shame on the countries that have the power to reduce emissions but continue choosing pollution over responsibility.
Humanitarian aid is important. Climate finance is important.
But money after destruction cannot replace action before destruction.
Do not destroy our mountains and then come with donations.
Do not pollute the planet and then call yourselves climate leaders.
Glaciers are retreating. Snow and ice are disappearing. Communities living beneath these mountains are becoming increasingly vulnerable.
And if the world continues on the same path, there may come a time when money will not be enough to rebuild what has been lost.
What is the point of rebuilding homes, roads and villages today if rising global temperatures continue increasing the risk of another glacier collapse, flood, landslide or climate disaster tomorrow?
The Himalayas are changing.
Shame on a system where the countries that contributed most to the climate crisis can pollute first, destroy later, and donate afterwards.
Nepal does not only need your money to rebuild.
Nepal needs you to stop contributing to the destruction in the first place.
Shame on those countries that continue producing enormous carbon emissions, continue burning fossil fuels, continue contributing to global warming — and then act generous by donating money after vulnerable countries are destroyed.
Nepal contributes very little to the global climate crisis compared with the world’s largest historical emitters. Nearly half of Nepal is covered by forests, the country produces large amounts of renewable hydropower, and the shift towards electric vehicles is growing rapidly.
Manipur, India.
Hard to digest and hard to believe, but this is an image captured somewhere in the Manipur, India. These uniformed men are state security forces who are there to protect the lives and property of citizens. I really don't know what they are doing."

So, many people are claiming that Gen Z protests in Nepal were against corruption.
Sudan Gurung, founder of the Hami Nepal NGO, is the mastermind of this protest.
But who funds Hami Nepal?
Shocking details are here👇

Nepal is not good for raising children
