Shall we pray this night?...
In the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
My beloved Jesus,
hanging on the Cross for me this day, As the quiet of night settles around me,
I kneel in spirit at the foot of Your Cross once more.
Your body broken, Your heart wide open,
You looked through the pain and saw me,
my joys, my struggles, my hidden hopes and fears.
You chose to stay there, breathing love with every labored breath,
so that tonight I could rest knowing I am forgiven,
cherished, and held in the embrace of Your mercy. Thank You, gentle Savior, for the unimaginable gift of Your life.
Thank You for the nails that held You fast,
so nothing could ever separate me from Your love.
Thank You for the crown of thorns that pressed into Your brow,
reminding me that every wound I carry has already been healed in Yours.
In this sacred hour, let the memory of Your sacrifice
warm my heart like a soft light in the darkness.
Whisper to my soul the words You spoke from the Cross:
“Father, forgive them…” and let me hear them spoken over my own life.
Lord, I lay down every worry, every regret, every burden at Your feet.
Take what is heavy and replace it with the peace that only Your Cross can give.
Comfort those who feel the weight of sorrow tonight,
the sick, the lonely, the grieving, the fearful.
Draw them close to Your wounded side,
where blood and water still flow as a river of hope and new beginnings. As I close my eyes to sleep,
I place myself, my family, and all those I love,
beneath the shelter of Your Cross ,and the mantle of Your Mother.
May Your Sacred Heart be my resting place,
and may the promise of Easter dawn fill my dreams with joy.
You have done it all for love of me.
How can I ever thank You enough? Into Your hands, O Jesus, I commend my spirit.
I love You. I trust You. I rest in You.
Amen.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart,
make my heart like Yours.”
In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen

Our union is no accident. We aren’t just a convergence of people within a border; we are a heartbeat. We are the heritage of the soil and the gold of the sun. We are the river that sustains us, the vegetation that feeds us, and the peace that defines us.
Today is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent.
Let us pray,
Grant, O Lord, that we may begin with holy fasting this campaign of Christian service, so that, as we take up battle against spiritual evils, we may be armed with weapons of self-restraint
Amen

Reflecting on this day last week🥰
2023 taught me how to dream.
2024 taught me to work hard amidst all challenges.
Then 2025 dared me to turn that dream to reality and I did🙌
The popularization of the commemoration of World Youth Skills Day has been part of the dream and I thank God that it is no more a dream but a reality🙌🙌
