You dive into the wounds to heal, integrate, and transform what has been waiting underneath them. You allow the fire to reveal what belongs to you, what never belonged to you, and what you refuse to carry forward.

It’s called SACRED rage for a reason. The anger isn’t the destination. It’s the fire you walk through on the way back home to yourself.
