Ok @JackWills I have now been advised my parcel has been 'lost in transit'. I have responded back to your CS team, sent DMs and still nothing? Can you please advise?
@JackWills I have been contacting you now for 2 days about my order, you sent me tracking details to which Hermes advised "there has been a delay". Sent you two more online messages, no reply. So disappointed with the service. Has put me off placing another order!
Hi @JackWills /@JackWills_Help. Order placed on 26/04 and received confirmation my order had been processed. Although, when I look at my account, there is no order history! I haven't received my order yet. I have sent two emails and tried your webchat - no response. Please help!
