@AppleSupport Long-time Apple fan. Ordered a MacBook on Aug 3, 2023, with a next day delivery promise. Ended up waiting till Aug 7. Called Apple Store & they assured $45 refund + $55 gift card for the hassle. Now they backtrack, saying no proof of commitment! Seriously, not cool.

Extremely disappointed with @DRSAgarwal My luggage was dispatched on 13 Mar with GC Number: 4820587, but I received only 62 out of 71 items on 25 Mar. Customer care promised to deliver the rest by 27 Mar, but it's 3rd April and still waiting. No replies to my emails.
