Last paper leak public sector bank recruitment exam seen was in 2003.
Since then bank recruitment exam body IBPS conducts atleast 8 prelims, 8 Mains every year with no compromise. It's not because the exam doesn't bear high stakes or jobs are low paying. Around 8 lakh candidates register for each exam and jobs start with 80K per month for managers and 40K per month for associates with numerous non cash perks.
It all because the organisation has taken it's role seriously.
The only thing can result a question paper leak is irresponsibility nothing else.
