The majority of Unforgiven is about "the gunslinger who stays calm enough to aim, wins." How many games are based around that? Most shooters allow a bunch of mistakes before a "headshot."
Unforgiven makes a huge deal about the intent of actually aiming a gun to kill. I tried to make a roguelike base on that but failed miserably. Still haven't seen something evoking a similar feeling.
