@lastminute_com are THE WORST travel agency i’ve used. It is inconceivable that they’re unable to rectify a name error on a booking- after 5 days conclude “there is nothing we can do”= loose your money and rebook. Not after I’ve spent £3.5k of my hard earned GBP on your company!
@HeathrowAirport@HeathrowAirport it’s not £6 though is it?! This is false advertising if you are going to force people to pay online and charge them an additional £4 processing fee. Disgraceful and unethical!
@Stef_Rios @lastminute_com I am having the exact same issue with @lastminute_com @Stef_Rios -would never use them again and would advise everyone else to not use them. Customer service is terrible and disconnected with poorly worded emails and no one to call. I’m £3.5k down because i need a name changed
@RiaFinancial It’s now been over 2hr 30mins. I’ll assume I have the correct number, in which case I’ll go back to my original stance that your telephone customer service is terrible
