@help_delhivery I collected it personally after so much of a struggle. They even said if I had not come, they would have sent it back to the sender. You need to drill them if you want to sustain. They didn't even provide me their senior's contact number to raise a complaint

@delhivery Delhivery Angul Osisha has the worst facility. Folks never use Delhivery. They don't have employees to deliver. They change the status of shipment like lost in Audit, Misrouted, everyday so that the customer himself visits their hub, finds the parcel and collects it
