@DAMACOfficial Totally agree! No one should ever buy a Damac property. Not only will you lose value on the property. The handover will never be in time and you will be told all defects are for your account! Worse company ever to spend your life savings on.

@J9JOH @DAMACOfficial This is typical Damac! I bought a property which was supposedly finished by Fendi Casa. On completion, there were lots of snag. It took a year to get it sorted and I got my keys in February 2020. Now there’s a structural defect and they said I have to fix it!

I work hard and paid for a property, after saving, for 5 years. I have never been able to stay in it because of all kinds of completion issues

@DAMACOfficial @cityscape I have seen many complains online about Damac and I really think the Ruler of Dubai needs to protect people coming in to invest in Dubai because of his vision and invitation to the world. Something needs to be done to stop Damac from this exploitation and fraud

@DAMACOfficial @cityscape Then Covid happened and I have only just gone back to Dubai. On entering my apartment I find that there’s a defect, because there leakage from the balcony of the apartment above mine. I have contacted everyone and sent emails, only to be told the apartment has no warrant
