For the 5th consecutive year, Dubai has ranked as the world’s top destination for greenfield foreign direct investment (FDI) projects. In 2025, the emirate attracted 1,253 projects, up 10.5% from the previous year, accounting for a record 7% of all greenfield FDI projects globally, according to the Financial Times' fDi Markets database. Dubai also secured top global rankings in key sectors including manufacturing and artificial intelligence. Thank you to all our teams.
