@AmazonHelp Hi. I tried to contact @the_fishkeeper about a defective product. They have not got back to me. Amazon returns says I need to contact seller and wait. I have done so and heard nothing. The product is a pond filter so replacement is time sensitive. Can you help?
@forduk@WhichUK Hi. Like many others, I have been told by Ford that my Kuga PHEV is dangerous and I must not plug in my plug-in hybrid car. It's unacceptable to say, "Wait until maybe Q2 2025." The car is clearly not "reasonably durable" which it is my right to expect. #Kuga
@forduk Hi. Messaging you didn't work - it says I need to have a Verified X account to message you. Could you give me an update on the fix as it has been long enough having a non-hybrid hybrid car and we have had multiple problems with this vehicle. Thank you.
@forduk What practical action will @Ford offer to provide me with a safe, reliable car until you fix the problem. What process does @Ford have to buy back the car now that you have made it unsellable due to the recall and the fact that the car sold is faulty goods. @WhichUK@AutoExpress
@forduk Your recall notice states Ford has not issued instructions to stop driving the vehicle but also that we might experience a Stop Safely Now message and must exit the vehicle as soon as it can be brought to a safe stop. I can longer trust the car for any journey.
@Se_Railway Hi. The 18.54 from London Bridge to Hastings but you could pick others and it would be similar. Too many 8 carriage trains with "usually standing room only" or "few seats available" is not good enough. Seems to be taking money and wilfully not delivering an adequate service.
@Se_Railway Hello. When 8 carriage trains in peak time "usually" don't have seats, why don't you make the trains longer. The demand is clearly there and you are taking money for it. Even your signage admits it is usual. Genuine question.
@bbcsoutheast
@SamsungUK Hello. I am trying to book a repair for my refrigerator via your website. The system accepts the serial number but refuses to recognise the model number that is written on the inside of the fridge. Could someone let me know how I can process booking a repair. Thanks.
@Se_Railway Hi. We are stuck in a broken elevator at Tunbridge Wells station. Could someone from the station come over and open the outside door as the Emergency Call System operator reckons someone had to drive from central London to let us out.
The lifts outside T. Wells train station are appalling & the emergency response unacceptable. Please let me know what you will do to make the lifts reliable and also have a look at your service contract with whoever deals with people stuck in them. Thanks @bbcsoutheast 4/4
@TWellsCouncil Hello. I was stuck in the lift at Torrington Road car park, with six others. When we pushed the Emergency button, it was answered but we were told someone would have to come down from "central London" to deal with the problem. 1/
They said we could call someone else - sadly, nobody stuck in the lift knew anyone in the emergency lift repair business. After 30-40 minutes we managed to get ourselves out. 3/
