@singhjaz This was my first purchase from Protonic and definitely the last. Very disappointing experience. I would genuinely suggest people think twice before purchasing Protonic products if after-sales service and warranty support matter to them.

@singhjaz @Portronics Worst customer service experience with Protonic. A simple warranty replacement is taking weeks with no proper response, no clear timeline, and no proper support from the company. Every time I follow up, I only hear that the product is “out of stock.”
