@pepperfroth@SmartdollLand I'm really hoping she gets a chance in the light. When I first saw her I thought she was Milk and I feel she would be ideal for the project.
@SmartdollLand Also, when supplies come back to normal in the future (or when it isn't a drain on other colours). Could we see White Pear girls? (and boys?) A blue pear is what I came into the community seeking and even though I have found so much more than that, it is still a dream of mine 💙
@SmartdollLand Yes yes yes please! I've been hoping for a milk pear (or even better, a white pear I can dye to blue) since I first found out about Smart Dolls. It would be amazing if she was on the new sculpt with this smiling prototype.
@SmartdollLand Just hands and elf ears would be preferable. Hands taking priority over ears. It would use up a smaller amount of material than the others too.
@SmartdollLand I added a little purple to my girl for a bit of variance (you don't have to add as many freckles as I did, they have soften out since I took that photo)
@SmartdollLand I'm happy White will still be an option for people who missed out before. I'm still hoping for Pear versions of White, I have a white hard torso shell from chaos and honestly, I don't see much difference in quality. It might be my only way for a blue pear to make Malis a reality
@SmartdollLand I understand wanting to keep milk as an option, especially as retiring it would decrease the range of human diversity. However, that is kinda moot unless Pear also gets a milk version. I feel whichever colour you end up deciding on, it should be available for all three body types
@SmartdollLand My initial gut reaction would be to vote for white. From a business side of things it's the newer of the tones and currently has had only a very limited run. On the creative side of things, it is a true blank slate and is dyable to almost any range of colour unlike milk (cont.)
@SmartdollLand Is the 'no body be me' option going to be available while her pre-order is open? I'd love to pick her up but I only just got C'est le Vi and it would be better if they could just share a body.
@SmartdollLand Blemishes, stretchmarks, and wrinkles; these are all proof of a life lived to the fullest. I accept them in my dolls just like I accept them in my own person. While I don't worry about such things, I am sure others appreciate the transparency.
@SmartdollLand When you say 'in the catalog' do you mean available on site right now, or available as an option in the recent months? (excluding specialty dolls like the White of course)
@SmartdollLand This is an amazing option! I need a milk semi-real head for a special project and have had no luck with blanks or in the second-hand communities. Here is hoping the process does well enough that there are more chances down the line!
