@educationgovuk@ofqual Confused, we are told BTEC exams are going ahead tomorrow and day after. But some schools do not have the space to accommodate students in between exams. They have to go back home after the am exam or if home is too far, find a place on your own before the pm exam!
@educationgovuk@ofqual But BTEC exams are going ahead next week. Do you realise how confusing this is for children taking exams on Monday. Plus most will be using public transport and interacting before and after exams, so much for stay at home message! Can all BTEC exams be cancelled asap?🙏
@10DowningStreet Sir, Many BTEC students will be using public transport to reach their examination centres. They can easily carry the virus back home risking parents especially if they are vulnerable. No guidance given to schools on what happens should a child decide not to sit the exam. Thanks.
@SadiqKhan And in the middle of the pandemic we have to send our children to do the BTEC exams! Can the government please set out how children will be assessed should they decide not to sit the BTEC exam. Please.
@educationgovuk@KateGreenSU Sir or Madam, is it possible to set out how BTEC students will be assessed should they decide not to take the exam? You have done so for A levels and GCSEs, can the same be done for BTECs. Please do not treat them like parias, they are suffering.🙏
