भारत global food basket बनने में सक्षम है। हमारे लिए सबसे बड़ी चिंता फसल कटाई के बाद के नुकसान को कम करना था ,इस दिशा में भी हमलोगों ने पिछले एक दशक में बहुत काम किया है। हमने कोल्ड स्टोरेज और लॉजिस्टिक्स का एक मजबूत इकोसिस्टम तैयार किया है। खाद्य प्रसंस्करण क्षेत्र स्वयं फसल कटाई के बाद के नुकसान को कम करने में बड़ा योगदान देता है।

Discussions focused on leveraging public-private partnerships to sustainably and inclusively transform global food systems. Such initiatives will further strengthen India’s vital role in shaping resilient food systems globally.

हमारी सरकार के हर निर्णय का केंद्राधार जनता और उनकी आवश्यकताएं होती हैं! #WEF25, दावोस में मैंने ‘प्रकृति और खाद्य के लिए सार्वजनिक-निजी महत्वाकांक्षा बढ़ाने’ पर एक महत्वपूर्ण सत्र में भाग लिया। इस सत्र में सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी के माध्यम से वैश्विक खाद्य प्रणालियों को स्थायी और समावेशी रूप से बदलने पर गहन चर्चा हुई। ऐसे कदम वैश्विक खाद्य प्रणालियों में भारत की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को और सशक्त करेंगे।
