They literally lie to the customers. my parents were also not provided the preferred seat which i had paid for. I would never use @AirCanada again and also urge all people travelling to India to not get affected by advertising gimmick.

@AirCanada Pathetic Service. My Parents were travelling first time back to India. The original direct flight which Journey, which was meant to be 20 Hr journey, ended up being 36 Hr flight.
It is not a direct flight they board customers in LHR
