Is it really this easy to send fake copyright strikes? Doesn’t YouTube verify these claims properly? Because if a channel gets 3 strikes, it gets terminated

That’s when I became suspicious, it seemed like a scam. They were basically trying to extort money by issuing fake strikes and then asking for payment to remove them.

So, I immediately contacted YouTube chat support and explained everything, and the strike was removed.
