Issue resolved successfully with case no 5128786463.
As my issue was related to wifi stopped working suddenly due to extra charge in capacitor and the support engineer cleared that charge by long pressing power button. It’s a critical issue and can come again. Pls look.

@UshaIntl Experiencing very poor post sales service for my Usha FP 3811 Food Processor. A complaint raised on 10 June 2023 (CC2306103325 https://t.co/2YIT7j2bSJ. 9516 ) is still pending. No solution . They (VERMAS ENTERPRISES) just forget the case, i guess as its a minor repair.
