In new rules RWA implies that in gated society delivery person should stop at main gate. Although, RWA allowing household helper and construction worker inside. News rules making difficultly for resident. If it has stop then need to implies for other entry as well.

Today is 13 Jul. Ordered a MacBook Pro from @RelianceDigital on 11 Jul with delivery promised by 12 Jul, 9 PM. It’s still stuck at “Order Placed” with no shipment or update. What’s happening? @Apple, this is the experience customers get from an authorized seller. Is it scam?
@RelianceDigital This feels like a scam by @RelianceDigital. Instead of resolving the delayed delivery, they are asking me to raise yet another complaint ID. How many complaints are needed before an order is actually delivered?
@ICICI_Direct ETF transfer request through DIS has been pending for almost 1 year. visited the bank twice and filled out the form each time, but there is still no progress. I don’t know how this process will work with ICICI if such basic requests remain unresolved @SEBI_India
@AxisBank Worst bank and customer support. The online credit card application doesn’t work. Telebanking asks me to visit a branch, and the branch sends me to a credit card application centre. Customers are simply pushed from one place to another. 😀

@amazonIN don’t have any real customer care support . Instead a useless bots . I should have brought it through local shop and @ZeptoNow or @instamart_it . Using Amazon more than 10 years and now day by day it’s becoming pathetic
@amazonIN Worst experience. Seller sent wrong book. Return raised—delivery agent neither delivered nor handled properly but still marked it done. Complaint closed saying “return completed.” Money gone & wrong item. Kids book became adult book. AI support useless. Fix this.

@ICICI_Direct I submitted my mutual fund dematerialisation form with self-attested KYC to ICICI on Oct 4 after months of follow-ups. No update, no response. Now the branch exec is on medical leave and hasn’t shared his deputy’s contact. Regret choosing ICICI Direct for this.

@ICICI_Direct@SEBI_India It’s frustrating how something as simple as a dematerialisation request takes months with no clarity. Every visit or call ends with “we’ll check.” No escalation contact, no ownership. ICICI needs to fix how branches handle basic investor services.
