Just got scammed by @JioMart 🤯 Added ₹1000 to wallet but only ₹700 redeemed. Turns out if you redeem a ₹10 order on a ₹10,000 gift card, you LOSE the rest. Absurd T&C, flawed system & outright customer scam. Fix this daylight robbery! #JioMartScam @reliancejio

@JioMart_Support Hope somebody really sees this flawed system and takes note. It’s not about the ₹300, it’s about you guys operating a flawed system in 2025 when technological advancements are at the peak. Atleast good for me, i didn’t have a ₹10k card. Else I would lose ₹9800 for a ₹200 cart
