@headout While Headout has a user-friendly interface and a good range of attractions, transparency in pricing is critical for travelers. Losing SGD 68 due to what appears to be a pricing or currency display issue left a very negative impression.

@headout This incident caused me to lose trust in the platform. As a result, I switched to Klook for the rest of my Singapore bookings. Klook displayed prices clearly in INR and charged exactly what was shown, with no unexpected surprises.

@headout What was more frustrating was that support referred to screenshots taken on the following day, when ticket prices had increased, rather than reviewing the actual booking details from the time of purchase. They continued to insist the amount was shown in USD, despite the evidence.

@headout As soon as I noticed the discrepancy, I contacted Headout's support team. Instead of addressing the issue, they claimed that the ticket price had been displayed in US Dollars (USD). This explanation made no sense because:

@headout However, I was shocked to find that SGD 308 was actually charged to my card, which was SGD 68 more than the amount shown during checkout (approximately ₹5,104.75).

@headout The very next day, I booked 4 tickets to Universal Studios Singapore. The total amount displayed in the app was approximately SGD 240.58, so I proceeded with the payment using the same forex card.

@headout My first booking was for 4 tickets to Gardens by the Bay. The app displayed the price in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and the exact amount shown at checkout was deducted from my forex card. Everything worked as expected, and I was satisfied with the purchase.
