Team of @OnePlus_IN charged money for battery change and damaged motherboard in their own custody. Now they want to extort money from me for their own wrongdoings
@PeteLau Hi, I am following up for a fraud done by service center in Bangalore. @OnePlus_IN is not taking responsibility of the fraud done by the team. Is this behaviour aligned with you organisational values and ethos

Hi I have been duped by @OnePlus_IN and even after multiple reminders, they are not taking responsibility of their actions. Surprisingly they asked the accused to do the RCA and confirm back the findings to me. Kindly help with options
@PeteLau What is more surprising that team assigned the case to the same set of employees who were accused of fraud. Is this negligence, bad management or arrogance?
@OnePlus_IN Extremely poor service. My battery of 7T gets drained in 4 hours. My experience with SC ( service center)
Visit 1: Don't change battery, please format phone. Doesn't help. Will still rate good as intent was right
Visit 2: SC is closed at 4 pm on working day
@OnePlus_IN since i didnt get a call back, I called the customer care. Customer care confirmed that there were some physical damage in my phone, there were dents and scratches. Now to safeguard own inefficiency the phone has been damaged also at the service center
@OnePlus_IN however the SC guy himself admitted that there was no issue with motherboard when i had submitted it for first time. I said why should I pay if the functional motherboard became dysfunctional in possession of SC. The guy said he will call me back.
@OnePlus_IN When I checked with customer care, I was asked to calibrate battery for some days, I did that. Still no help, later I was told to resubmit my phone. I did that. Now I am told that motherboard has issues.
