My replacement order OD437777965614912100 was undelivered coz delivery agent didn't call before arriving & I was unavailable. Agent said delivery will be reattempted but now order says I've cancelled. I want the order. Don't cancel it. Please help

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart@Flipkart The reason for escalation was the undelivered replacement order that was kept by Ekart logistics for themselves. No action on that front. This is grave deficiency in service and not even offered a compensation for the deficiency. @nch1915@jagograhakjago Pls take note.
@flipkartsupport Just received the first call since starting of the issue and only resolution I was provided was refund instead of replacement. My replacement was perhaps kept by Ekart logistics for themselves. No attempt to fix the issue by coordinating with logistics. Disappointing! @Flipkart
@flipkartsupport Dear @Flipkart no one has gotten in touch with me except your tweets and DMs saying you're looking into the concern since yesterday. Absolutely no update on calls or emails, not even an incident number to track the issue while my order was cancelled after being 'out for delivery'
@flipkartsupport Sure you must be doing your best. Given how incompetent Ekart Logistics is, surely the rest of the departments must be doing their best just to keep @Flipkart afloat. But since you claim to be working on the issue I'll appreciate an incident number to track the issue.
@flipkartsupport Had your team taken timely action we could have avoided this false order cancellation. But despite my repeated requests I was asked to wait. So pardon me if I'm a bit short on patience.
@flipkartsupport There is no need to talk in DM I guess because I'm not sharing any more confidential information. Is there anything you can do to revoke the status of my order that was falsely cancelled by your logistics claiming I had refused it?
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart I kept asking you to help to avoid the order cancellation and you asked to me to wait for the delivery till 11pm and now even the pickup has been cancelled as per the order status. Will you do something to resolve the issue now?
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart customer care tried to connect with delivery agent, the delivery hub and even the Area service manager but no one responded. Delivery agent has falsely marked order as cancelled by customer. Please help.
@flipkartsupport Already tried to get help through your app but they are not able to help and are only making assurance that such acts won't be repeated but that does not help. Item is at my nearest hub yet logistics refuse to deliver it. Please help
@VoltasBeko Had misfortune of buying ur refrigerator 5 yrs ago. After first 2 yrs of warranty, this is the 3rd time it malfunctioned in last 3 yrs. What's worse is ur after sales service that refused to even repair the fridge this time. Lost all faith in @TataCompanies@myvoltas
