@amazonIN 1/ very sad. Amazon exchange/ refund is a nightmare. Ref to order ID 1506(last 4 digits) I was supposed to get my exchange today. I get a call - IVR stating I refused the package. My order has been cancelled. This is really ridiculous, nobody even came for the exchange

It’s disappointing that such a reputed establishment lacks basic quality checks. I ordered fish today, and it was clearly stale—actually stinking. It was embarrassing in front of guests. This isn’t about a refund; it’s about the time lost and inconvenience.
@ACTFibernet 2/3 Have been called by atleast 3 technicians asking for location details who finally don't turn up. Reached out to the call center at least 10 times, either line is disconnected or they say they are transferring to somebody and nobody comes on line.
@ACTFibernet 3/3 Very conveniently we are told if the line gets disconnected somebody would call, but no calls at all. If you are not interested at least inform the same. Closing tickets without resolution, asked for an escalation ID, the agent silently silently disconnected
@ACTFibernet Terrible experience in the last 2 weeks. I requested a router upgrade and plan change. Since last 2 weeks they have been mentioning that it would happen in 48 hrs, 7 days, different SLAs given but no action.
@AmazonHelp shocked the way the customer care is handling. Gift card order delivered late. Informed them to cancel the day I got the update that it was delayed. Post this the card got delivered, one time password was not asked, 1/3
Last 1 hr I have made 3 calls and all 3 times line got disconnected. Explaining the concern to atleast 15 agents last 5 dys. Informed them to call me back if line gets disconnected, not even 1 of them did. Pls listen to the recording and you will understand. I need my refund.3/3
don't know to whom it was handed over. 5 dys of follow up. Calls transferred from one dept to another. Firstly to get through cust care is a big task. Can't get the option in the app. After getting through, calls only get transferred to another dept & line gets disconnected. 2/3
@Olacabs Registered a complaint on 2nd May, was told it would be resolved in 72 hrs, still not sorted, no response after writing multiple times. Even after making a payment to the driver, app shows an outstanding, when will this be resolved??
@Airtel_Presence network issue for last 3 years. Being promised to set this right every week. But this never seems to get resolved at all. At least let me know if it's not solvable.
