@NHAI_Official ysd morning huge jam in blore-pune highway just before Hiriyur , 2km took 2.5 hours. Can’t you guys first properly fix the diverted road before creating the diversion or maintain it properly. @nitin_gadkari sir please sort this out.

@IndiGo6E Yes I received it today morning. One feedback is that your customer care team was not aware of the current status. So they were kind of clueless. You should have some way to sync up the updates among your teams.

@IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI called regarding missing baggage, and since last 7 hours you guys are still tracing. No updates till now and multiple calls to your number has multiple updates. Sometimes customer care says it’s booked for next flight & sometimes they say it is being traced

@HDFC_Bank @fastagofficial 25mins wait to get in touch with hdfc fastag customer care 1800-120-1243 and that too after the call was getting dropped so many times before it got connected. This is the kind of service @HDFC_Bank is providing.

@wholetruthfood Had placed an order last Tuesday, status says it should be delivered by 16th Feb, but am yet to receive anything. Courier status says yet to receive from Wholetruth, emailed customer care, no response, contacted via whatsapp no response, this is pathetic service

@blrcitytraffic @JnagarTr This happens everyday with the brigade school bus, even if they have parking on the other side this bus always comes and park on the opposite side of the road in front of the MLR convention center
