@Yibecoder Having the same issue. I discussed it with Afternic Support, and they confirmed that the landers were resolving properly on their end and even sent me a screenshot.

I tried accessing from multiple systems on my end, issue is still there.

@GostobeTech @afternic This happened to me too. I looked into it, and the likely reason was that the domain had previously been linked to a Google Business Profile (GMB), so people were treating the contact form as a business inquiry form. In your case, though, the reason could be different.
