It’s complete week when I applied for @Paytm fastag closure . @Paytmcare every time says it will resolve in 24 hour. This is not good until the Fastag not get closed who we will apply for new one and how we will pay on toll plaza?
@Paytm solve the problem immediately.

It's been almost 10 days since the @GTPL internet is not working. Complaints status showing resolved but still internet services are not restored. @GTPL_Care always says that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Extremely disappointed with this behaviour of @GTPLHathwayLtd.
