Flew @airindia AUH to MUM. Amazing hospitality by the AI crew, a five star in the sky. I flew Business. Crew Preeti Sheikh and Zibraan attending me like a family. They served me so well. From drinks, dryfruits to fruits n cheese to Dinner. Truely they meant "Guest is my God"

Stop allowing people to make reserved circles in your show. Few guys turn up 5 hours early to reserve the place with dupattas. This makes playing difficult for others..Or make 10x10 feet squares on your ground and sell them

@airindia Please check it with your staff at Frankfurt airport. Yesterday my parents were at Frankfurt airport for 3 hours but they could not locate their bag. This is heart wrecking 💔

From Paris our baggae was sent o Frankfurt.."We confirmed the loading on flight LH1035/13SEP in container AKH79446LH. We are so embarrassed to hear that you didn't get your suitcase."

The baggage is not available with authority of Frankfurt airport.

@airindia But even today 14 Sep at Frankfurt airport, the authorities couldn't locate their bag. They searched the airport for many hours but my tired parents have to go back with empty hands.What a system..!!😮‍💨😮‍💨 this is how you trouble ur passengers

@airindia In the world bag tracker it said bag arrived at Frankfurt. Even after 3 hours of search, they couldn't find the baggage there..How is this delayed baggage system working...!! @campbellwilson

@airindia My Baggage arrived at Paris Airport on 11 Sep but no one delivered to the hotel where my elderly parents are staying. Then their trip proceeded to Neitherlands. Still the Baggage was not delivered. Now the bag has arrived at Frankfurt airport and my parents went there to collect
